An online course is self-paced; you do it at your own comfort without the intervention of the trainer while an open course is delivered by the trainer so the interaction is face to face.

For online courses you click the button “take this course then checkout with paypal or checkout with pesapal “ which then leads you to a form to capturing all required details. While for open courses simply click the here to apply .

No. It largely depends which platform you are using for payment. If you are using paypal, payment can only be done in US dollars, if you are using pesapal – you have an option to pay in either US dollars or Kenya shillings depending on the payment mode you choose. For example under pesapal you can opt to make payment using mpesa the USD equivalent will be converted to Kenya shilling for ease of payment.

Yes, you will receive an automated email confirming your chosen course.

Seiso reserves the right to cancel a course due to low enrollment or necessitated by an emergency 3 days before the course date. Clients shall be given the option to book for the same course on a future date. If the client cancels a course after payment, the course fees will be carried forward to the next date when same course is to be held.

Trainings are delivered at safe training venues suited for Seiso’s training style.
