Course Description

A healthy self-esteem is like an armor against the challenges of the world. Possessing little self-regard can lead you to become depressed, fall short of your potential or tolerate abusive situations and relationships. If you have low self-esteem, your beliefs about yourself will be negative. You tend to blame yourself or others for any difficulties or failures that you have had. You focus on your weaknesses and find it hard to recognize the positive parts of your personality. The good news is that you can learn to view yourself more positively and the world more realistically which helps in problem-solving.
