An online course is self-paced; you do it at your own comfort without the intervention of the trainer, while an open course is delivered by the trainer so the interaction is face to face.
For online courses, click the button “Take this course,” then check out with PayPal or Pesapal, which leads you to a form for capturing all required details. For open courses, simply apply using the provided application form.
No. It largely depends on the payment platform you are using. PayPal payments are done in US dollars, while Pesapal allows payment in either US dollars or Kenya shillings depending on the payment mode. For example, if you pay via M-Pesa, the USD amount is converted to Kenya shillings.
Yes, you will receive an automated email confirming your chosen course.
Seiso reserves the right to cancel a course due to low enrollment or emergencies at least three days before the course date. Clients may book the same course on a future date. If a client cancels after payment, the fees will be carried forward to the next available date for the same course.
Trainings are delivered at safe training venues suited to Seiso’s training style.
